This Friday 26th January 2018 sees the return of our popular Brewery Invitational Evenings. Featured Brewery this month is Timothy Taylor. Entertainment is supplied by Leggo and entrance is only £2.50 which includes Pie & Peas supper.
This weekend sees a Brewery Night on Friday 24th November with local based First Chop Brewing Arm .
Entrance £2.50 which includes Pie & Peas Supper.
There will also be a fun quiz in the downstairs bar.
Following that on Saturday 25th November we have another of our popular race nights held in the Snooker Room on our HD Projector and large screen. Entrance is FREE !!!
Horses and Jockeys are still available for sale at £2.00 each. Prizes for the winners.
Why not come along have a flutter and enjoy the evening.
Open the box will also be on Friday and Saturday, prize money currently £321 with 10 keys.
We have entertainment on again this weekend starting on Friday 27th October with our regular Brewer’s Night featuring Tatton Brewery with entertainment from top duo “Revolver” followed on Saturday 28th October 2017 by “Bolton Brian” playing “Hits from the 80’s”.
Why not come along Friday and sample some fine real ales, entrance £2.50 including Pie & Peas supper, then pop in Saturday night to listen to some of your favourite 80’s records.
Will they include Eye of the Tiger, Final Countdown, Girls Just Wanna have Fun, Bette Davis Eyes or Ghostbusters ? Brian’s not saying so you’ll have to be there !!!

It’s been some time since our last post and email, but here’s an update on what’s happening in the coming months…..
Friday 30th September
It’s the start of President’s weekend, kicking off with our usual Friday Night Fun Quiz.
There will also be a presentation to Nigel and Sharon as the Club has won…
CAMRA Greater Manchester Club of the Year for the third year running.
There will also be music played by our top DJ Brian Moss.
We also introduce our new house beer.
This is our new house beer brewed with the help of Nigel Porter and Steve Sharp.

President’s Night with live entertainment from Jamie Jay
There’s also 20% off the price of drinks. (Our Treasurer is doing well and slowly recovering from the shock. He should hopefully be fit for the weekend. He has threatened to sing to get everybody out early but it won’t happen)

A ‘Blast from the Past’ with DJ Brian playing some fantastic oldies !!!! (Never thought I’d be saying that).
Saturday 25th November
Race Night – Buy a horse or a Jockey or both. £2 each. Or just come along and have a flutter.
Saturday 16th December
Draw Night with ‘Two Nuts on a Bridge’ that’s a duo for those that haven’t seen them before. They are well worth seeing.
Christmas Eve is Karaoke Night
